			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>These points are key, in building relationships. I was a talker while growing up.  Shy did not even exist with my personality. What I did find out though, is to listen more when you are communicating with friends, leads, family, and whoever else you are building relationships with. If we are willing and able to listen to others, we will find it much appreciated by whoever we may be talking with. Some people are not aware of how much they are controlling the conversation. I think if you want to always talk about yourself, you can go to a psychologist and buy a few sessions with them.</p>
<p>Try to avoid that high school gossip too. Obviously this does not always pertain when talking to leads from your business, but any of your friends or family members, my opinion, do not want to always hear you talking bad about others or running others into the ground. The people you are talking to will start picturing you differently. Look&#8230;. I&#8217;m not telling you how to communicate with people, but what I am doing is giving you tips on things that I have learned along the way.</p>
<p>Another tip is if you think a friend has a bad idea or something you do not think will work, don’t always argue with them about it. just keep silent and let them work things out for themselves. Another reason not to do this is because you could feel responsible for their actions. You can offer support to friends, but you can’t create the rest of their lives for them. Your opinion is okay to give, but I would try to avoid a lot of conflict in any topic that comes up. Arguing is one thing, but trying to knock down someones idea or dream, could change the whole way that person thinks, and lives. People are looking for answers, and you might give them the feedback the needed to give up on their journey.</p>
<p>Don’t take yourself so serious.  Laugh more at yourself and be self-deprecating. This does not mean we have to embarrass ourselves, it just means we can get rid of our ego for a little while and open up more, smile and laugh. Humor is often the best ingredient for relieving stress or any type of uncomfortable, awkward, or stressful situation. Don&#8217;t you find when you are having fun and laughing, that everything is okay?  I know I do, and you will find me smiling and laughing a lot as I go through my life, because that is something I love to have as a part of my personality. I&#8217;m not saying I cannot be serious, but I know having fun is a part of being successful.</p>
<p>Learn how to forgive people. This is a big one in my eyes. I do not mean forgive every little thing people do wrong, because that will make them think they can get away with anything. I mean, sincerely think about if you are going to forgive them, and try to do it quicker than usual. If you are going to do it anyways, why make them suffer for a long time? it’s a powerful and important factor in maintaining healthy relationships. However, real forgiveness also means that we are willing to forget the experience. If we forgive one day, but then a few weeks later bring up that thing they did wrong, because this means you did not really forgive them. When we make mistakes, just consider how much we would appreciate others to forgive and completely forget after they forgive. That is important.. the forgetting.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello again!!  I want to apologize for my lack of blogging. My partners and I are on the next venture, and we are short on time.  I did have a very valuable tip for everyone today.  You know, I have learned over the years not to listen to anyone that is negative minded.  This means more then you think it does. For example, when you wake up and you are in a good mood, when you leave your house,  odds are you will be in contact with many people that day.  Whether it be the phone,  gas stations, family, friends,  and so on.  It is okay to talk to people that are negative while you are going on with your day, but it is very IMPORTANT that you do not let there negativity influence your mindset, or you actions.  Maybe they are having a bad day,  maybe they lost there job,  maybe they are just that annoying person that is never happy.  I&#8217;m just saying,  some people have good reasons to be in a bad mood,  and that&#8217;s okay.  I just mean keep your good attitude,  and move on after you have talked to them or brushed past them.  Stay in your good feeling mood.  That is sometimes what life is all about.  Feeling good.</p>
<p>Another reason you should avoid negativity is if you have a goal or a dream that you want to pursue,  and you are surrounded by negative people,  what do you think that will do for your confidence level.  I can&#8217;t even remember how many times I have heard,&#8221; Oh that&#8217;s a stupid idea&#8221;, &#8221; Oh that will never work.&#8221;  Along with some others I would rather not post on my blog.  <img src='http://networkprocoach.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />     You get the idea though.  You will find if you do not tune these negative remarks out, then you might start believing them..  When that happens, you will lose self confidence.  When you lose that, it might cost you your dream!!  Just try to be in a good mood as much as you can,  and think happy, positive thoughts in your day.  You can do whatever you put your mind to,  and nobody can tell you otherwise.  Happy to be with you on my blog,  and feel free to post more comments anytime.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I would suggest getting to know your leads instead of just sending your auto-responder messages to them.  Nobody does business with people they don&#8217;t know.  You know,  This is a people business,  and that means no matter what your latest and greatest product is,  you still have to talk on the phone.</p>
<p>It is great when you finally get your first 10 leads online.  I remember when I got my first 10 leads.  I was so happy.  I logged into my back office and hit my first goal.  10 leads!!  Now, of course I had getresponse (auto-follow up), and I was getting great results with my marketing strategy.  Only, there was one thing missing.  I haven&#8217;t talked to any of them.  I knew that if I did not start calling them, then more leads would be there the following week now that I had a successful marketing technique.  I suggest that if you do not have the knowledge to talk to leads or if you are nervous,  then you will never make it in this industry.  That is just my opinion.  There are only a select few individuals that I know in the field that can get away with succeeding in  Network Marketing without talking to their leads, and that is still with lots and lots of advanced marketing and videos.  So I had to get to know each and everyone of my leads.  I wanted to know them.  Believe it or not,  you will be amazed at what you can acomplish with good, solid networking and phone conversations.</p>
<p>Look&#8230; I&#8217;m just saying,  Network Marketing is the best industry I have ever seen.  Anyone can make it if they put in what it takes to succeed.  First, as I said, get tons of knowledge before you start getting leads.  Leads are filling out there information because they are looking for your help,  a leader,  to guide them in the right direction to the top!  They are not looking for a bunch of capture pages with someone on the other end that is a fake.</p>
<p>This is not a get rich quick, or some ferry Godmother to magically give you a massive downline.  I will say it again, this is a people business.  People join people&#8230;. Not companies.  Your leads have to trust you as a leader, and you have to trust your leads.  That is the way that will help you succeed so much more.  It all starts with you picking up the phone and providing value for your leads, and your team.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well now you have lead generators,  Affiliate Marketing Success, and other MLM tools. Well my friends, it&#8217;s sad to say but you are going to have to start talking to people more than ever. If you are a shy person , then you better get unshy real quick. If you are a crabby and negative person&#8230; you better change if you want to make it in this industry.</p>
<p>Right now there are millions of people soaking up as many leads as they can at this very minute. They sometimes get more leads than they know what to do with. They say that is a good problem to have.. Well, it is if you are doing what you are supposed to do with them.I would like to tell you a small story that happened to me about 4 years ago. I joined a company&#8230; Let&#8217;s call it &#8220;company x&#8221;. My friend gave me a one on one presentation about &#8220;company x&#8221;. I loved what I saw, and when I saw the presentation, I was licking my chops! I couldn&#8217;t wait to get started. as soon as I left his house, I went home made a few phone calls, and I was in. I signed up right away online, got everything in place, and became a distributor for &#8220;company x&#8221;. This was an MLM company with great product and a great comp plan. I new I would succeed. All I had to do was get tons of people to look at it. Remember, I was doing things the traditional way back then. So I was off. I signed up about 10 people in the first week. I was so confident. I made a check of $1,500. &#8220;this was easy money&#8221;, I said to myself. I showed my downline a few things, and sent them off on their way. Then I was recruiting again.. Closing sales all over. I got another 20 people involved and my visions were to go to the top. Well, my friends, I found out the hard way. I was not really caring about my downline as much as I should. I was stuffing them in like sardines, and moving as fast as I could toward my next big check. I could go on forever, but I think you catch my drift. About 90% of my new team had no idea what to do, and did what most people do in this industry. They went back to their everyday lives, and gave up on the MLM dream. That left me with a lot of smaller checks now, and also, most important&#8230; Lost relationships!! So my friends, please, when you get someone in front of your primary opportunity, be sure they know what they are getting into. Make sure and do your homework ahead of time. Find out everything you can about this industry. Even if you are part time. Take the time that it takes to gain Knowledge to become a LEADER. If you are going to hotels and doing one on ones, that&#8217;s fine. Do your homework, then teach it to your downline. At least then you will know you let them know ahead of time what it takes to make money and succeed! If you are taking your business online, then please gain the knowledge there. Get your affiliates, Aweber, Get response (auto responders), social media marketing, and as many MLM tools you can find. Show your team what to do. Be a Leader. If you can&#8217;t be a Leader, then do what it takes to become one in your company that you are in! Sorry if I sound harsh, but I have to tell you the truth for you to succeed. I have literally flipped my business around to a magic slot machine by applying some simple techniques.  The biggest tip I can tell you, is be real with people.  I used to put my business in front of hundreds of people at a time, as much exposure as I could muster.  What I found is, that type of marketing just makes people uncomfortable.  It&#8217;s OKAY to do that sometimes, but try to get to know people a little more, don&#8217;t make it all about a sale. People have feelings and people have things going on in their lives all the time, so most people don&#8217;t want to hear about your business every time you talk to them.  Find out what other problems they may be having.  Try to see what you can do for them, instead of what they can do for you.  Money is not everything!</p>
<p>My second tip is, try and find the right people for your business.  For instance, if your primary program was an MLM company that had a comp. plan that payed you a good amount for recruiting and selling Vitamins to people, do you think it would be smart to get your Uncle Larry involved that just retired from GM? The only reason you should do that is for bonus money.. even saying that, I still would not do it.  Money is not everything, and a lot of MLM companies look really good to the average person.  The average person does not know what it takes to build a business until trained correctly. You see, the smart thing would be to get your Uncle Larry in front of your primary program and see what his opinion is. If it is not for him, do not sit there and do a high pressure sales pitch and keep pressuring him to join you. You will find yourself losing relationships real quick instead of building them. The key is find other leaders and other network marketers to work with.  Not just every Tom, Dick, and Harry!  There are many ways to find these highly qualified leads, and the beauty of it is that you can go Global with your business, and you will then NEVER run out of people to work with.</p>

After reading countless articles and sought expert advices and have read many success stories of people creating a small fortune with opt-in lists you finally decide to have one of your own. Then it happens, you think you have known everything there is to know about opt-in lists and have followed their advices to the T and you still weren’t able to make a profit.</p>
<p>In fact, you may be losing money. You maybe hiring writers to help you out, or there are some expenses incurred, even if you have a big list, but only a very small percentage actually buys from you, your still losing profit. You’ll realize that after a few months when you see your statistics and sales figures.</p>
<p>So what could have gone wrong? Why have others succeeded where you have failed?</p>

<p>The most common mistake is that you dived straight right in. You chose a topic where you think could be quite popular and would earn you money. This just not the case. Just because you wrote people from the list doesn’t mean they are going to buy instantly.</p>
<p>Here I will offer more advice, for those who have started an opt-in list and have failed, you can rejuvenate your failed venture. For those who are starting, here are three quick and easy ways to build a profitable opt-in list.</p>
<p>1) Get your customers to trust you and your products first. Just launching your opt-in list would not make you an expert and a believable seller. Put many articles first before you start an opt-in list. Write about the topic you know and have started and used for your site. Try to put forums first to gain knowledge about your customers about their wants and needs and target those wants and needs.</p>
<p>Join forums from other sites as well. Provide expert advices and recommendations. When you feel that people trust you already, you will be able to start your own opt-in list. You can build a base as well with other forum users. You can ask them to join your list. Friends are always good customers. Put up a link to your site so that they may be able to see what you&#8217;re business is all about.</p>
<p>The certain truth is, the money will only come in when the consumers and subscribers believe and trust in you. They want a product or service that could be a good exchange for their money. People are not going to buy something out of your recommendation if they don’t know you.</p>
<p>2) Find a product or service that people want and need. Although it may not be your forte, if you provide a service and product that you have researched and learned about well, you can carry it on forward. Invest your time, effort and money that you could sell as well as the buyers or subscribers of your opt-in list can use.</p>
<p>While it is true that it is best to sell something that you have interest in, there are not many people who have the same interest as you if you decide to sell something that is not entirely popular or profitable. Do your research well and you would see the profits come in. Also provide your subscribers with promotional material that they could actually use and spread around.</p>
<p>3) Make friends with other opt-in list users. This is basically beneficial especially if it is someone who has already launched a successful opt-in list. These are people that have the experience in this venture and experience is still the best teacher. While there are many articles available for you in the internet to use, there is nothing like getting a first hand account from someone you trust.</p>
<p>Experienced opt-in list users will be able to tell you what to do and what not to do because they have gone through it. While different situations occur for different people, the general concept can still be very helpful. There are many things to avoid and these people will be able to tell you which ones.</p>
<p>Building a profitable opt-in list don’t just happen overnight. There are many preparations and effort to do. Opt-in lists are built from scratch, as your list grows, you should also maintain the quality of your list. Keep it organized and manageable. Get or hire help if need be, just make sure that your subscribers are happy and satisfied and they will be willing to buy from you.</p>

<h1><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Hotel meetings and one on one presentations</span></strong></h1>
<p>It does not matter what MLM company you are in, the hotel meetings and one on ones just don&#8217;t seem to cut it. Why is that?</p>
<p>People just act a certain way. The sooner you realize that the better and quicker you will succeed. It&#8217;s just funny, let me give you an example. When you were in school, do you remember when you wanted to go to prom and you had that one person, ( girl or guy ) chasing you around and asking you to go to prom? Only, that wasn&#8217;t the person you wanted to go with. You wanted the good looking popular person to go with you, and all they did was ignore you. By them ignoring you, you wanted to go 5 times as much to the prom with that particular person. I&#8217;m not saying to ignore them, but don&#8217;t bug them so much about your opportunity, just try and pique their interest.</p>
<p>Lets say your primary company is company X . Well, try this approach,  &#8221; Hey Suzy, If anyone ever asks you about company X, make sure and talk to me first. &#8220;. What you just did is planted a seed. Now Suzy will only say 1 of 2 things. She will either answer , &#8221; O.K. &#8221; or she will say, &#8221; What is it? &#8220;.  What I suggest is to tell her you don&#8217;t have a lot of time right now. People like to see that you are busy. Think about it, if you said okay, lets sit down right now for a one on one, you would seem desperate. Not good! If Suzy is interested, then you make an appointment with her. It is now easier to go to a hotel meeting or set up a one on one presentation with Suzy.  Just remember, if somebody thinks that you need them more than they need you, it is not a very good way to start things out.  Don&#8217;t shove your business down everyone&#8217;s throat so much.  Just try different techniques and you will find your easiest way to promote your company to others.</p>
