Hey guys, I wanted to get this up last week, but I didn’t have time to sit down and actually make a video. I personally use this site to manage my twitter account and I highly suggest it to any one who is looking to get a better handle on the people they are following.

You Need To Start Believing In Yourself
There is nothing better to invest in than believing in yourself. If you don’t really believe that you will succeed, then who will? You need to train your mind to really believe your success WILL happen. I always like to say, ” It’s not IF, It’s WHEN. ”
You can start by reading empowering books to motivate you and get your mind thinking positive. Read these books for about 10 to 20 minutes per day, every day. If you are not financially doing well right now, don’t let that get you down. Believe in your goals and your plan to success. Get inspired to take new and different actions to get better results in whatever you may be looking for. Invest in yourself. Even if you have a very low budget, you can find many things online. Seek out search engines like Google or Bing, connect with industry leaders and download training CD’s from other leaders in what ever industry you are seeking to succeed in. You can buy cheap audios to listen to while driving in your car.
Personally, I believe you should surround yourself with positive people and positive things in life. Don’t always get home from work and turn on the news and listen to all the bad things that are happening in life. That is okay sometimes, but you do not want to get in a habit of looking and listening to negatives in life, inevitably, you will spiral down to the bottom quickly. Natural fragility will bring you down, discourage you, and distract you from your path to success. If you are in Network Marketing, and your upline is not helping you build your confidence and beliefs, then maybe they are not as serious as you are to build a business together.
Think positive, find something you love to do, and a company that will be there for you when you need them. You will know when you find it. Remember, you MUST believe in yourself, and what you are doing to succeed.
I hope this helped, and until next time…
To Your Massive Success

An introduction to Social Media – Social Networking

Facebook, Myspace, LinkedIn, Bebo, Tagged, XING, Friendster, Mixi… Sounds like a bad day over at Websters Dictionary right? These are Social Networking sites. Social Networking’s definition lays within the very roots of the words that make it up. They are social communities of people who share interests and/or activities, or who are interested in exploring the interests and activities of others.
Social networks aren’t the only fish in the sea when it comes to social media. You have social bookmarks, social network aggregators, blogs, micro-blogs, wiki’s, social news (which can also be considered social bookmarking), social opinion sites, photo sharing, video sharing, live-casting, audio and music sharing, product reviews, Q&A or frequently asked questions, product reviews, virtual worlds and game sharing. Some would even contend that MMO’s (massively multiplayer online games) are of the largest social networks.
Sounds like a lot huh? It is, and if you aren’t utilizing at least 80% of them, you are not even in the game. Hell, you haven’t even left the bench yet.
In my future blogs you will see me refer to SMM or SMO, this simply refers to the marketing or optimization of social media. First I’m going to cover the most popular sites in each section that I described above, then, over the nest few weeks, I will be covering how to utilize each of them to the fullest extent in your primary business.
Social Networking – The three major players
FaceBook – I’ll be honest, when I first tried facebook, I HATED it. I was a myspace junkie, so the constricting layout and the million and a half applications in facebook were too much. I have since, come around. Facebook is a social networking website that is operated and privately owned by Facebook, Incorporated. Users can add friends and send messages, and update their personal profiles to notify friends about themselves. Additionally, users can join networks organized by city, workplace, school, and region. The website’s name stems from the colloquial name of a book given to incoming students at Zuckerberg’s high school alma mater, Phillips Exeter Academy. The book shows the faces and names of the school’s students and faculty.
Mark Zuckerberg founded Facebook with fellow computer science major students and his roommates Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes while he was a student at Harvard University. Website membership was initially limited to Harvard students, but was expanded to other colleges in the Boston area, the Ivy League, and Stanford University. It later expanded further to include any university student, then high school students, and, finally, to anyone aged 13 and over. The website currently has more than 250 million active users worldwide.
A January 2009 Compete.com study has ranked Facebook as the most used social network by worldwide monthly active users, followed by MySpace.
Myspace.com – MySpace is a social networking website. Its headquarters are in Beverly Hills, California, USA, where it shares an office building with its immediate owner, Fox Interactive Media, which is owned by News Corporation. MySpace became the most popular social networking site in the United States in June 2006. According to comScore, MySpace was overtaken internationally by main competitor Facebook in April 2008, based on monthly unique visitors. MySpace employs 1,000 employees, after laying off 30% of its workforce in June 2009; the company does not disclose revenues or profits separately from News Corporation. The 100 millionth account was created on August 9, 2006, in the Netherlands.
LinkedIn – Personally, I do not have a linked in account. I should, I was even invited, but at the time I was heavily into MySpace so I didn’t feel another social network was needed. I was wrong, too much of a good thing in this case, is never enough. LinkedIn is a business-oriented social networking site founded in December 2002 and launched in May 2003 mainly used for professional networking. As of July 2009[update], it had more than 43 million registered users, spanning 170 industries. For serious minded business people, you can immediately see the benefit of being a member. The purpose of the site is to allow registered users to maintain a list of contact details of people they know and trust in business. The people in the list are called Connections. Users can invite anyone (whether a site user or not) to become a connection.
This list of connections can then be used in a number of ways:
- A contact network is built up consisting of their direct connections, the connections of each of their connections (termed second-degree connections) and also the connections of second-degree connections (termed third-degree connections). This can be used to gain an introduction to someone you wish to know through a mutual, trusted contact.
- It can then be used to find jobs, people and business opportunities recommended by someone in one’s contact network.
- Employers can list jobs and search for potential candidates.
- Job seekers can review the profile of hiring managers and discover which of their existing contacts can introduce them.
The “gated-access approach” (where contact with any professional requires either a preexisting relationship, or the intervention of a contact of theirs) is intended to build trust among the service’s users. LinkedIn participates in EU’s International Safe Harbor Privacy Principles.
In my next Blog, I will cover Social Bookmarking and why it’s so important.
Please Comment below and let us know how effective social networking has been for you and what your favorite sites to use are! Feel free to add your URL’s and profile links, this site is a DO-FOLLOW blog!
Closing The Sale Right
Well now you have lead generators, Affiliate Marketing Success, and other MLM tools. Well my friends, it’s sad to say but you are going to have to start talking to people more than ever. If you are a shy person , then you better get unshy real quick. If you are a crabby and negative person… you better change if you want to make it in this industry.
Right now there are millions of people soaking up as many leads as they can at this very minute. They sometimes get more leads than they know what to do with. They say that is a good problem to have.. Well, it is if you are doing what you are supposed to do with them.I would like to tell you a small story that happened to me about 4 years ago. I joined a company… Let’s call it “company x”. My friend gave me a one on one presentation about “company x”. I loved what I saw, and when I saw the presentation, I was licking my chops! I couldn’t wait to get started. as soon as I left his house, I went home made a few phone calls, and I was in. I signed up right away online, got everything in place, and became a distributor for “company x”. This was an MLM company with great product and a great comp plan. I new I would succeed. All I had to do was get tons of people to look at it. Remember, I was doing things the traditional way back then. So I was off. I signed up about 10 people in the first week. I was so confident. I made a check of $1,500. “this was easy money”, I said to myself. I showed my downline a few things, and sent them off on their way. Then I was recruiting again.. Closing sales all over. I got another 20 people involved and my visions were to go to the top. Well, my friends, I found out the hard way. I was not really caring about my downline as much as I should. I was stuffing them in like sardines, and moving as fast as I could toward my next big check. I could go on forever, but I think you catch my drift. About 90% of my new team had no idea what to do, and did what most people do in this industry. They went back to their everyday lives, and gave up on the MLM dream. That left me with a lot of smaller checks now, and also, most important… Lost relationships!! So my friends, please, when you get someone in front of your primary opportunity, be sure they know what they are getting into. Make sure and do your homework ahead of time. Find out everything you can about this industry. Even if you are part time. Take the time that it takes to gain Knowledge to become a LEADER. If you are going to hotels and doing one on ones, that’s fine. Do your homework, then teach it to your downline. At least then you will know you let them know ahead of time what it takes to make money and succeed! If you are taking your business online, then please gain the knowledge there. Get your affiliates, Aweber, Get response (auto responders), social media marketing, and as many MLM tools you can find. Show your team what to do. Be a Leader. If you can’t be a Leader, then do what it takes to become one in your company that you are in! Sorry if I sound harsh, but I have to tell you the truth for you to succeed. This has been great to share with you, and until next time, and To Your Massive Success in this AMAZING industry!!

Okay, so in our first two lessons we talked about setting up our affiliate accounts and also the methods we’re going to use to refer folks to our affiliates websites to earn commissions on referrals…
How?… By writing informative articles and product reviews!
Right now I’d like to offer you some resources you could check out and use for your article submissions.
http://www.marketing-seek.com
http://www.ideamarketers.com
http://www.articlesfactory.com/submit.html
A service that will submit your articles all across the Internet for FREE:
http://www.articlemarketer.com
In my opinion, they are one of the best article submission services available on the web. Check them out and see for yourself.
Now, let’s talk briefly about the actual construction of your article.
RULE #1 – Your title is the most important part of your article!
Spend 50% of your efforts on the “TITLE” of your article. This is extremely important. If your title isn’t full of benefits for it’s readers, chances are the article won’t even get read… so spend a lot of time on it!
The above point is EXTREMELY important! The title of your article will decide it’s success or failure — plain and simple!
Here are two of my favorite ways to insure you create a killer title for your article:
-
Ask a question in the title. For example:
– Do You Make These 4 Stupid Mistakes When Asking Someone Out On A First Date? This May Be The Reason You’re Sitting Home Every Weekend!
This title could then evolve into an article about an ebook you discovered on Clickbank titled “How To Get Your Perfect Mate To Say Yes!” that you’d like to write a review for. You could begin your article with some informative information about the subject and then subtly slide into a review about this ebook your discovered and how you thought it was filled with great strategies for reconciling a broken relationship.
Or here’s another…
– Are You Embarrassed To Smile? Try These “Secret” Home Whitening Remedies And Never Be Ashamed To Show Those “Pearly Whites” Again!
Now, write an article about some home remedies you’ve found work well for your smile and then talk about the fantastic ebook you also found called “101 Natural Health Remedies”.
And here’s another…
– Is Your Spouse Having An Affair? Discover These Three “Dead Giveaways” And You’ll Immediately Know For Sure…
Write an article about the subject and also mention the fantastic ebook you discovered in your “about the author” tag that points to your affiliate’s website.
Again, these are just random examples but I think you get the idea. Your topics are endless and I confident that you’ll be able to find a perfect compliment to any article you want to write in the Clickbank or PayDotCom marketplace.
Is this going to take some practice…. Absolutely! Is it easy… Absolutely! Is it lucrative? You bet it is!
Here are a few additional pointers when it comes to writing titles for your articles:
Be very specific:
– Three Keys To A Successful….
– Four “Ultra-Resourceful” Ways You Can….
– Seven Crucial Steps To Take To…
Or…
… In Only 3 Days Or Less!
… In Just One Weekend!
… For Under $10
… Just Listening To Your CD Player While Driving Home From Work!
Be very specific in your title and clearly state the benefits of reading the article in the title. Benefits… Benefits… Benefits…!
Be specific! Don’t say several ways you can learn how to do something:
= say 5 ways
= or 10 ways
= or 3 ways.
Don’t just say quickly and easily:
= say in less than two hours
= in only a weekend
= no tools required!
Use the word “YOU” as often as possible in your title. People want to know “what’s in it for me if I read this? By using the word “YOU”, it’s a psychological trigger that tells them that there is something in it for them.
Be unique, entertaining — and show off your personality!
In my opinion, this one element of writing to a targeted audience is critical. Think back for a moment to when you were in school. I’ll bet you remember a favorite teacher or professor who you just absolutely loved learning from.
Why?
Usually, it’s because of their personality — one that seemed to shine through in their teaching. In it’s simplest terms, learning is boring! Most folks hate the thought of learning something new or reading. It’s a painful experience. So it’s your job to ease the pain and make the learning process fun and entertaining while still providing quality content and a great (yet subtle) product endorsement.
Once you master this skill, you’ll have a dedicated following of readers who will look forward to each and every article you write.
So let’s sum up what we’ve learned so far…
- We need to use Clickbank and PayDotCom for our affiliate programs.
- We need to start writing articles about interesting subjects and then use our affiliate links in the “resource box” to entice folks to click through to our affiliates website.
- When our reader purchases a product from one of our affiliates, we make a hefty commission on the sale.
Sounds simple doesn’t it? Well guess what… it is! Yes, it’s going to take some practice and a little researching on your part but the benefits will sure be worth it.
And once you have 50 to 100 articles out there with your affiliate links making you a commission on each sale, that’s when you’ll see at least $100 A DAY in your account on a consistent basis.
And the best news… that’ s only the beginning. There’s no stopping you from there. You could continue to use this system to increase your profits each and everyday.
Plus, now you could start considering other avenues for your articles. Perhaps a website wouldn’t be such a bad idea anymore. You could start building an email list and sending your product endorsements to your email list too.
Again… there’s no stopping you!
I certainly hope this crash course on how to immediately get started making a profit online has opened your mind and your thoughts about the endless opportunities that await you.
- do some homework
- do some research on Google about how to write a great article
- browse the Clickbank and PayDotCom marketplaces for products you’d like to endorse
- Study how others are writing their articles and take notes about why you like some more than others and use those techniques.
- Find little known directories that you can submit your articles to
- Contact vendors and merchants and let them know you want to sample their product so you can write a review and send customers their way
- Never stop learning
The faster you start writing product reviews and endorsements for affiliate products… the faster you’re going to see your efforts begin to pay off!
So go to Clickbank, decide on a product you’d like to write about, whip open your notepad and just start writing. Practice makes perfect and the more you write… the easier it will become.
To you’re massive success,

Just Be Real With People
August 5, 2009 by Ray MacDonald
I have learned so much in the last 2 years. I have literally flipped my business around to a magic slot machine by applying some simple techniques. The biggest tip I can tell you, is be real with people. I used to put my business in front of hundreds of people at a time, as much exposure as I could muster. What I found is, that type of marketing just makes people uncomfortable. It’s OKAY to do that sometimes, but try to get to know people a little more, don’t make it all about a sale. People have feelings and people have things going on in their lives all the time, so most people don’t want to hear about your business every time you talk to them. Find out what other problems they may be having. Try to see what you can do for them, instead of what they can do for you. Money is not everything!
My second tip is, try and find the right people for your business. For instance, if your primary program was an MLM company that had a comp. plan that payed you a good amount for recruiting and selling Vitamins to people, do you think it would be smart to get your Uncle Larry involved that just retired from GM? The only reason you should do that is for bonus money.. even saying that, I still would not do it. Money is not everything, and a lot of MLM companies look really good to the average person. The average person does not know what it takes to build a business until trained correctly. You see, the smart thing would be to get your Uncle Larry in front of your primary program and see what his opinion is. If it is not for him, do not sit there and do a high pressure sales pitch and keep pressuring him to join you. You will find yourself losing relationships real quick instead of building them. The key is find other leaders and other network marketers to work with. Not just every Tom, Dick, and Harry! There are many ways to find these highly qualified leads, and the beauty of it is that you can go Global with your business, and you will then NEVER run out of people to work with.
I will have some more GREAT tips for you up and coming. Until then, If you have any questions feel free to contact me direct. You can find my info all over this website!! Take care and see you shortly. To your Massive Success!!

Top start-up opportunities in this economy
There is still money to be made despite the economic climate according to industry research firm IBISWorld. The company identified the leading start-up opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors to potentially make a profit in 2009 and beyond.
The high-growth sectors listed that apply to our industry are: e-commerce and online auctions and online tutoring. Americans are becoming thrifty with their wallets, and with the Internet offering an array of providers for every conceivable need, consumers are better able to research and compare more inexpensive options offering the greatest value. This industry’s phenomenal growth is expected to continue for the next few years, facilitated by relatively low operating costs that lead to higher profit margins for operators.
Technologically, the industry continues to evolve and improve. Secure payment systems such as PayPal and effective Web-based self-service solutions are improving business-to-consumer relations while boosting confidence and convenience regarding online shopping.
